User Agreement

This is absolutely essential: This Terms Of agreement ("Agreement") includes crucial details about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations, and it is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Client") and PunditSpace ( "we," or "us"). You acknowledge when you use the PunditSpace website or Web Services (which typically means using our work platform punditspace.io in any way), and by clicking accept when prompted on the site, you consent to be bound by all agreements that comprise PunditSpace's Terms of Service, and you agree that the "Terms of Service" means every agreement linked herein and includes the Service charge and ACH Approval Agreement, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and this User Agreement, as in accordance the Competition Authority of Kenya is established under the Competition Act, No. 12 of 2010 (the Act). This Agreement also includes the PunditSpace Direct Contract Terms for any User who uses the PunditSpace Direct Contract Service and the Any Hire Terms for any User who uses the Any Hire Services. You should carefully read all of our terms because you agree not to violate any of the agreements in the Terms of Service. If you desire to utilize our work platform or any of our services (which we refer to collectively as Services), whether simply exploring or signing up an account, you should first read and agree to this Agreement.

 

Direct Terms of Use

These PunditSpace Direct Terms and Conditions (“Direct Terms”) define the terms and conditions under which PunditSpace will provide the PunditSpace Direct Services, and you hereby agree to comply with PunditSpace as described in these Terms (“Direct Services”). You agree to use the Direct Contract Service and are part of the PunditSpace User Agreement and other Terms of Service and are incorporated by reference. The Direct Terms are in addition to the Terms of Service and do not supersede, supersede, or limit other similar terms in the Terms of Service, except where expressly stated. Capitalized terms not defined herein are defined elsewhere in the User Agreement or Terms of Use. 

Any Hire Terms

These PunditSpace Any Hire Terms (“Any Hire Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Client” or “Freelancer”, as applicable) and PunditSpace Global Inc. (“PunditSpace”) with respect to the services provided through the Website. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE OR ACCESS ANY HIRE SERVICES. 

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy informs you of PunditSpace's policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information on www.punditspace.io (the "Site"). This includes any website, feature, application, widget, or online service (together with the Website, the "Service") that contains a link to this Privacy Policy that is owned or controlled by PunditSpace. This includes information PunditSpace collects offline in connection with the Service.

This Privacy Policy incorporates the PunditSpace Data Processing Agreement by reference. Freelancer Member Policy

This Freelancer Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between you and PunditSpace as described in Section 1 (Parties) below. This Agreement forms part of the User Agreement and other Terms of Use and is incorporated by reference. You will be notified in advance of any material changes to this Agreement, and your continued participation in the Membership Program after the date of the last change constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined in this Agreement are defined elsewhere in the Website Terms of Use, User Agreement, or Terms of Use. 

 

Optional Contract Service

Any User who enters into a Service Agreement with another User on the Site may freely agree to all or part of these optional Terms of Service, or may agree to other or additional terms in the Service Agreement. However, if User, who is a party to the Service Agreement, has not agreed to any other terms, User agrees to incorporate these optional terms. User shall not, by mutual agreement, alter her PunditSpace rights or obligations, including the terms of the Escrow Instructions, or agree to any terms that violate the Terms of Service. Neither PunditSpace nor his PunditSpace affiliates are parties to any service agreement by or between users, whether or not these optional terms are included.
You acknowledge and agree that Users are free to contract with each other and to mutually negotiate and determine the specific terms of service agreements. Optional service terms are sample only, may not be suitable for all service agreements, and may be adjusted and supplemented at the user's discretion. The user chooses whether to use all or part of the optional terms and conditions.

 

PunditSpace Guildlines

These Trademark Usage Guidelines ("Policy") describe PunditSpace's rights with respect to its Trademarks and when and how they may be used. The Policy forms part of and incorporates the Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined in this policy have the meaning defined in the User Agreement or other terms of use or given to those terms on the Site. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PunditSpace may change this Policy without notice to you, and any revisions to this Policy will be posted on the Site unless otherwise stated in the revised Policy. effective at the time. Payroll Agreement

When Customer signs up to use PunditSpace Payroll, this PunditSpace Payroll Agreement (this “Agreement”) applies to Customer. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT TO THIS AGREEMENT. For complete terms of use of the Website and Website Services, please refer to the Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined in this Agreement have meanings in the Terms of Service.
This Agreement is a legally binding contract between Customer (“Customer” and “You”) and here PunditSpace. (“PunditSpace” or “we”) supersedes all prior agreements between you and PunditSpace relating to the PunditSpace Payroll.
