We are looking for a talented middle/senior UX/UI Designer to join our Crystal team. Reporting to the Product Leader, the successful candidate will design a complex data analytics system, therefore prior relevant experience is essential.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop the product design for Crystal SaaS-based analytics platform;
  • Research the needs of potential customers across international markets;
  • Develop functionality for new markets;
  • Test your solutions before implementation, collect and analyse feedback after implementation;
  • Comply with the current design system and participate in its development.

Requirements

  • Your experience as a UX/UI designer — at least 3 years;
  • Strong experience in designing new products from research to scale-up;
  • And, of course, portfolio of delivered products;
  • Understanding of modern principles and methodology of UX Design;
  • Skills in Figma and Figma prototyping;
  • Recent experience with one of the CRM / SAAS / Dashboards;
  • Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data that helps ground your decisions;
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and levels;
  • Experience working closely with software engineers and a basic understanding of how things are built;
  • Experience working in a product company.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS;
  • Experience with analytics and user testing tools;
  • Experience with blockchain technologies.
