Role Overview:

Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for the AEMT portal and dashboards. 

Seniors drive design strategy; Mid designers execute detailed screens and user tests.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Personas: Conduct interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries; 

develop personas for aggregators, off-takers, and CLIENT staff.

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive 

prototypes in Figma or Adobe XD.

• Visual & Interaction Design: Define style guides, component libraries, and ensure 

consistency across modules.

• Usability Testing: Plan and facilitate testing sessions; collect and analyze qualitative and 

quantitative feedback; iterate designs.

• Handoff & Collaboration: Prepare design specs, assets, and documentation; collaborate 

with developers for pixel-perfect implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, HCI, or related.

• Experience:

o Senior: 5+ years designing web applications or enterprise dashboards.

o Mid: 3+ years in UI/UX roles.

• Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision.

• Soft Skills: Creativity, empathy, strong communication, and user advocacy.

Core Competencies:

• User-centered mindset, visual aesthetics, prototyping speed, and feedback incorporation.

KPIs:

• Usability test task success rate (≥ 90%).

• Design iteration cycles.
