Project Detail

We are looking for a Data Architect, who will closely collaborate with the data architect and platform manager to contribute to the setup and enhancement of the Snowflake environment. The perfect candidate will play a crucial role in supporting offshore teams, producing designs, prototypes, and finished products, as well as preparing and overseeing their adoption by these teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Performance and cost optimizations, including query and warehouse optimization.
  • General improvement of management and FinOps outcomes.
  • Data security implementation leveraging Snowflake capabilities.
  • Implementation of new features offered by Snowflake.

Required Skills & Technical Environment

  • Excellent mastery and experience with Snowflake.
  • DBA-like skills and experience.
  • Knowledge of the data management ecosystem (Data Engineer profile).
  • ETL/ELT principles: dbt, others.
  • Good level of English for offshore communications.
  • Soft skills: proactivity, autonomy, dynamism, ability to federate and communicate.
  • Knowledge of the following tools: Snowflake (mandatory), AWS (important), dbt, JIRA/Confluence, Kubernetes/Containers.
  • Very good proficiency in written and spoken English.
