Responsibilities:
- Conception and design of UX/UI solutions to optimize the user experience and ensure a consistent "state of the art" design appearance of our shops across all digital touchpoints
- Design analyses, benchmarks and UX concepts and support for product discovery
- Creation and formulation of hypotheses and derivation of measures for the optimization and design of user-centric interfaces
- Creation of customer journeys & user flows, wireframes and annotations, as well as elaborated features and desktop and mobile adaptations.
- Creation of inspiring UI Concepts, Mood Boards, Screen Designs and implementation of design systems, as well as digital CI / Branded Interactions for our shops and applications
- Ensuring quality standards in the design and handover of innovative UX and UI deliverables
- Designing and planning usability tests together with our user researchers. Support in the implementation and evaluation of usability tests, AB tests and other UX methods
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with front-end developers, product owners and stakeholders. Confidently present your ideas and concepts to inspire the team and stakeholders.
- Professional mentoring for other UX/UI designers in your team.
Requirements:
- Holding a degree with a specialization in User Interface-, communication -, product-, human-centred-, experience-, or interaction design, demonstrating a solid base of Design fundamentals
- Up to date with new technologies, lifestyle, and fashion trends and deeply interested in fashion and e-commerce.
- An open, creative designer mindset and enjoy working with design thinking, lean UX methods, and frameworks in cross-functional Teams.
- Passionate about designing digital products and have at least 4 Years of experience in UX / UI design, ideally in e-commerce. You have a relentless desire for innovation, balanced with user needs and business expectations.
- Presenting a robust portfolio featuring recent, well-organized, visually captivating work that demonstrates your ability to think strategically and deeply about UX and aesthetic Principles of UI design, too.
- Develop, take responsibility for, and document design concepts independently. You understand UI design as a system while keeping sight of the creative part. You are proficient in using Figma to create clean, well-structured prototypes and design libraries, and you are confident in setting up design processes and handover documentation.
- A strong track record of working closely with customers, peers, product managers, and engineers from inception through implementation.
- Proficiency in thriving within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, coupled with a proactive, collaborative and curious hands-on approach
