• As Senior Tech Lead, you are being lined up to be our future Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Lead the technology strategy and vision, aligning it with the company’s mission and objectives.
• Oversee the development and implementation of in-house platform solutions
• Manage the technology team, setting objectives, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Ensure the security and compliance of all technology systems and software.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role within the technology sector
• Strong background in software development, including experience with carbon calculation and satellite mapping technologies.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for sustainability and technology’s role in environmental conservation.
