Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance note-creation processes using advanced labeling and learning techniques.
- Build interfaces for clinical researchers to evaluate AI model outputs.
- Design and conduct experiments to improve the quality and cost-efficiency of note generation with various AI models.
- Implement and refine Question Answering and Knowledge Retrieval technologies, such as embeddings and RSA.
- Train and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically for clinical documentation and tracking therapy progress.
- Establish and maintain an efficient infrastructure for testing, benchmarking, and deploying AI models.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Deep Learning, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience as an ML / DL Engineer, preferably in NLP.
- Skilled in Python and familiar with ML libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit, PyTorch.
- Knowledge of Hugging Face, Docker, Transformer-type models, knowledge retrieval, knowledge graphs, Data Science, LLMs, GPT.
Nice to Have:
- Research experience, particularly in psychology.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably the mental health industry.
- Experience working directly with non technical stuff such as Product Manager, Design, Researchers
