The purpose of this role is to provide technical Salesforce development support, working closely with the Business Analyst to implement process improvement and automation activities to enable them to achieve its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Clients & Stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Be required to help design business processes including automations based on the Salesforce Platform. Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.

Proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices. Perform code Reviews, debug, and troubleshoot issues to optimize solutions.

Develop and implement interfaces with 3rd party software. Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs including Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and custom objects.

To be familiar with other software used in the business in order to support integration and process design. Have experience leading detailed design workshops, playbacks, testing, and training sessions.

Experience/Qualifications:

Essential: 2 years of developer experience

Essential: experience of communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues

Essential: Certified Salesforce Platform Developer

1 Desirable: previous SAP experience and other business systems
