Role Overview:

Ensure AEMT quality through comprehensive manual and automated testing. Seniors lead test 

strategy; Mid QAs execute test plans and scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy & Planning: Define test scope, entry/exit criteria, and risk-based test 

plans.

• Test Case Development: Write detailed manual test cases and automated scripts 

(Selenium, JUnit).

• Test Execution & Reporting: Execute tests, log defects in JIRA, produce daily and 

weekly test status reports.

• Performance & Security Testing: Coordinate with DevOps to run load, stress, and 

vulnerability tests; ensure SLAs are met.

• Regression Automation: Build and maintain automated regression suites; integrate into 

CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related.

• Experience:

o Senior: 5+ years in software QA, including automation and performance testing.

o Mid: 3+ years in QA roles.

• Tools: Selenium WebDriver, TestRail, Postman, JMeter, security scanning tools.

• Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, clear reporting.

• Quality focus, persistence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

KPIs:

• Test coverage (manual and automated) ≥ 85%.

• Defect leakage rate (< 5% to production).
