Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with a strong background in problem-solving, Python internals, and technical writing. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Python development and a keen ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. As part of this role, you will also be responsible for contributing to technical documentation, task assignments, and code completion projects, making your communication and writing skills equally crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coding and Problem Solving:
• Develop, test, and maintain Python applications.
• Solve complex coding challenges efficiently.
2. Python Internals:
• Utilize deep knowledge of Python internals (memory management, data structures, etc.) to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.
3. Communication Skills:
• Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Task Assignment:
• Participate in task breakdowns, estimations, and team planning.
• Assign and manage coding tasks for junior team members.
5. Technical Writing:
• Write clear and concise technical documentation and manuals.
• Document code, processes, and architecture.
6. English Writing:
• Exhibit strong command of the English language for effective communication and writing.
7. Code Completion (Python Coding):
• Complete and review Python coding tasks in line with project requirements and timelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Python development.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in technical writing and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with task management and team collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with task assignment in a team environment.
• Prior experience in technical writing roles.
• Strong understanding of Python internals and performance optimization techniques.
