Requirements

  • At least 10 years of direct experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM/AX.
  • Demonstrated success in project deliveries and system integrations.
  • Experience in an agile work environment, showcasing flexibility and team collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skill in explaining technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • A proactive stance on problem-solving and continual enhancement.



Desirable Skills Or Willingness To Acquire

  • Knowledge or interest in learning about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Hubs, including Field Service Hub, Marketing Hub, Project Service Hub, and Partner Portal (add-on).
  • Proficiency or interest in event-driven integration techniques.
  • PowerBI expertise for creating reports and configuring data cubes.
  • Capability to support Azure-related requirements, adding value across the business.
  • Experience or interest in working with WSO2 authentication.

Responsibilities

  • Determine crucial decisions related to the architecture of the system and the establishment of engineering processes.
  • Tailor the components within Dynamics 365 modules like Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
  • Develop plugins and implement automation in the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
  • Create and maintain interfaces that connect Dynamics 365 with other systems.
  • Keep abreast of Dynamics 365 updates and provide guidance on their benefits.
  • Guide the Dynamics 365 CRM development team, engaging with business stakeholders and managing both development and administrative responsibilities.
  • Supervise the team's performance, ensuring strong communication and teamwork.
  • Make strategic architectural decisions for the system, considering business needs.
  • Continually enhance and fine-tune Dynamics 365 modules to boost their functionality.
  • Offer technical leadership and mentorship in developing and managing Dynamics 365 CRM.
