neDynamics is a consulting company specializing in implementing customer relationship management solutions (Dynamics 365 CRM) and expanding the range of services provided to include Business Intelligence areas. The person serving as the Team Leader of BI Developers will be responsible for building and managing the team (40%), developing and maintaining existing BI projects for our clients from various industries (e.g. pharmaceutical, manufacturing) (50%), and providing substantive support in sales processes (10%).

 

🎯 Your responsibilities:

  • Building a team of BI Developers from scratch, then coordinating and supervising the team's activities
  • Subject matter support in the sales process, including presentations for potential clients
  • Support in creating offers
  • Analysis of clients' business requirements and creating functional solution documentation
  • Managing complex data sets and data flows in Power BI to answer key business questions - data modeling, integration, and transformation
  • Creating high-quality visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI
  • Conducting tests and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Presenting data informatively by selecting appropriate visualizations and adhering to the best UX and UI standards
  • Providing end-user support for using Power BI
  • Implementing Power BI security policies and procedures to ensure data privacy and protection

 

🎯 Your skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft databases and tools: MS SQL Server, Analysis Services, Reporting Services, and Power BI
  • Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) language
  • Knowledge of SQL and basics of programming
  • Ability to work with various data sources
  • Data source integration skills
  • Communicative English proficiency
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to apply them
  • Familiarity with and ability to work in the Azure DevOps / Jira environment

 

🎯 Your experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Business Intelligence
  • Experience in a managerial position

  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries
