In this role, you’ll:

• Work on multiple projects at once, collaborating with other developers, designers, project managers, and strategists on a variety of engagements 
• Help expand our codebase, workflows, and tools, while maintaining focus on reliability and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Work on complex projects involving advanced technologies and integrations, alongside our core offerings (like WordPress)

To succeed in this position, you’ll need:

• Extensive experience with WordPress development, including custom plugins, functionality, themes, data structures, and integrations
• Strong ability with Git, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS 
• Demonstrated expertise in integrating REST APIs and GraphQL
• Strong understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanisms, with bonus points for hands-on experience in implementing SSO in web applications
• Proficiency with search technologies like Algolia or similar platforms
• Experience working with modern frontend frameworks and libraries like React or VueJS 
• A solution-oriented mentality and the perspective, context, and awareness to solve complex problems in a sustainable way 
• 5+ years of experience building cool stuff for the internet, and a commitment to continuous learning (for yourself and others)
• Availability to work at least 5 hours overlap with 9-5pm ET
• A genuine desire to make a positive impact through quality work
