As a Flutter Developer within our Customer Experience Team, your primary objective is to spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications that deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences. Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers, you will translate design concepts and requirements into high-quality, performant, and visually appealing mobile applications. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through the creation of innovative mobile solutions that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

 

Working Environment

The role is office-based in Kenya, with standard business hours. It involves collaborative work with various departments and may include travel.

Key Experiences

  • At least 2 years of experience in Flutter development.
  • Strong understanding of Dart programming language.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX standards and a good eye for design.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Work with cross-functional teams to architect, design and develop android and IOS applications.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
