What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Data Modeling:
- Building and developing data models for analysis and reporting.
- Creating data structures and repositories to facilitate easy access to information.
Report Creation and Data Visualization:
- Designing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business users.
- Supporting data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or others.
Data Analysis:
- Performing statistical data analysis and identifying patterns
- Utilizing business knowledge to interpret data and identify key trends.
Collaboration with Business Users:
- Interacting with business users to understand their needs and requests.
- Assisting in solving business problems through data analysis and providing recommendations.
Monitoring and Optimization:
- Evaluating the performance of business metrics and monitoring changes.
- Proposing and implementing measures to optimize business processes

What You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R, with the ability to leverage these skills within Jupyter notebooks for data exploration and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms to effectively communicate insights from data.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to tackle complex data-related challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and data warehousing principles is a plus, especially within the context of Snowflake's data warehousing capabilities.
