Job Description

Service Analytics encompasses three key areas:

  • Digital Product Lifecycle: Support for the maintenance and development of digital products
  • Experimentation and Data Insights: Prototyping, identifying data-driven value, seamless transition to product, applying advanced AI/ML methods
  • Data Support: Designing and implementing data-driven products

Profile / Requirements

  • Several years of experience with Snowflake
  • Several years of experience with DBT
  • Knowledge of data-focused programming languages, such as Python or R
  • Experience in maintaining data pipelines
  • Experience with various types of data storage (file systems, relational, MPP, NoSQL) and working with different data types (structured, unstructured, metrics, logs, etc.)
  • Understanding of data architecture concepts (in areas such as data modeling, metadata management, workflow management, ETL/ELT, real-time streaming, data quality, distributed systems)
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Agile approach
  • English language proficiency at C1 level
