Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced and creative Airtable Project Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of tailored Airtable solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design effective Airtable systems, and integrate them with other tools to automate and enhance operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Build Airtable Solutions: Develop custom Airtable databases, workflows, and automations tailored to meet specific project or business needs.
• Automate Workflows: Implement Airtable automations and create integrations with third-party applications (e.g., Zapier, Slack, Google Workspace) to simplify and enhance processes.
• Customize Airtable Features: Build dynamic views, forms, and dashboards to visualize data in a meaningful way for project tracking, reporting, and management.
• Database Optimization: Ensure Airtable databases are structured efficiently to handle large datasets and complex relationships, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with internal teams and clients to gather project requirements, propose Airtable solutions, and provide ongoing support and improvements.
• Create Reporting Dashboards: Design interactive and real-time dashboards and reporting tools that track project progress, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Provide Training & Documentation: Offer training to end-users on best practices for using Airtable, and provide documentation for systems you develop.
• Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure data security, accuracy, and consistency across Airtable platforms, including regular backups and data migration support when needed.
• Innovate & Scale: Continuously explore and implement new Airtable features or integrations that add value to the business.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Airtable Project Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of Airtable projects.
• Strong understanding of database design principles and Airtable functionality, including views, forms, automations, and apps.
• Experience with Airtable API, scripting, or related programming languages for advanced customization.
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools like Zapier, Integromat, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and experience setting up Airtable as a project management tool.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business needs into simple, efficient Airtable solutions.
• Experience with data migration and maintaining data integrity across different platforms.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: Familiarity with additional tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or Notion, and knowledge of API integrations.
